We believe in the power of community and the difference we can make in the lives of children fighting cancer. Our hockey tournament is more than just a game - it's an opportunity to come together and support kids who are facing unimaginable challenges. The participants will be responsible to complete a fundraising component to the tournament in order to play. Our goal is for the players to learn the importance of giving back to those in need with the hopes that it continues into their adult life. We're going to make it a lot of fun with some awesome prizes along the way. The players will be able to see the impact of their fundraising efforts firsthand. We're all about kids raising money for kids, and we're proud to be a part of a community that cares. Join us for a fun hockey tournament and let's make a difference together! 

This Hockey Alberta Sanctioned  tournament will be held on December 27th, 2024 – December 29th, 2024 at the Ardrossan Recreation Complex and Strathcona Olympiette Centre. There will be 16 teams in the U-11 tournament and 16 team in the U-13 tournament. We will have a AA, Tier 1, and Tier 2 division for each age group. Each team will be guaranteed 4 games. Games will be 1 hour time slots with a 15 minute flood. The tournament will begin at 10:00am on December 27th, 2024.

Why let the kids have all the fun? The curling facility is attached to the Ardrossan Recreation Complex and we will be holding Ben's Tournament of Hearts Curling Bonspiel the same weekend! Click here for more info and to register your mixed team of 4!

The Ben Stelter Foundation is working hard to bring Proton Beam Therapy to Canada for the first time. Did you know that Canada is the only G8 Country that doesn't have this type of advanced Cancer Treatment? Every year, many Albertans have to travel to the United States for Proton Therapy. The funds raised from Ben's Cup will be used for the Ben Stelter Center for Proton Therapy and Neurosciences to bring Proton Therapy to Canada for the first time!.
